Warranty Policy
Every part we sell is a genuine BMW OEM component inspected in our Houston, TX facility before shipping. We stand behind the quality of our inventory with the following warranty coverage.

Merino leather, Alcantara surfaces, headrest covers, seat foam condition

Electrical Function
Seat heating elements, power adjustment motors, airbag connector continuity, seat memory modules
What Is Covered
- Structural defects in carbon fiber shells not disclosed at time of sale
- Seat rail frame integrity failure under normal use loads
- Airbag module continuity faults not present at time of sale and confirmed by BMW diagnostics
- Seat heating element failure not caused by installation damage
- Wheel structural integrity (cracks or fractures not resulting from impact damage)
- Brake caliper housing defects not caused by improper installation or overheating
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation (including SRS coding errors)
- Normal wear and tear on upholstery, leather, and Alcantara surfaces
- Cosmetic damage resulting from use (scuffs, scratches to carbon gloss clear coat)
- Damage from track use, racing, or use beyond the part's intended application
- Wheel damage from road impact, curbing, or pothole strikes
- Exhaust system color change (heat cycling causes normal color variation on titanium)
- Parts modified, disassembled, or repaired by a party other than ApexCarbon without prior authorization
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Us
Email or call us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect. We will respond within 1 business day.
Evaluation
We may request additional photographs or a brief video of the defect. For electrical issues, we will request BMW diagnostic screenshots (SRS fault codes) from ISTA/INPA.
Resolution
Approved warranty claims will be resolved by replacement part, partial refund, or full refund depending on availability and the nature of the defect. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label for defective parts.
